Curbside Pickup is awful. You cannot change your order online to add a missed item once you’ve paid for your order. The website clearly takes you through adding the item, but then wants to charge you the full amount of the entire order again. After calling, I was told the online system isn’t programmed correctly to add items to an order. Also, do not use their email or app to alert them that you are there to pickup. After 12 minutes of waiting, I called in to tell them I was there. At this point people were getting orders who arrived after me. Oh yeah... and they had 7 cars there for pickups and only one person working curbside. This is unbelievable. I don’t have 30 minutes to sit in a parking spot waiting for Giant Eagle to get their act together. 30 minutes. Unbelievable. I gave two stars because shopping inside the store is great.

Do most of my grocery shopping here. Good selection and they keep the shelves stocked well. Store is also kept nice and clean, including the restrooms. Every cashier I've encountered has been polite and helpful. Usually pretty quick checkout times as well.

Do NOT order hot prepared food from here. It wasn't ready, they forgot the salad and the wing sauce. Late for the party because then they wouldn't even admit it.nThe rest of giant eagle is fine to shop at though.

If I could give 0 stars to this place I definitely would. Their customer staff was rude to me as well as one of their cashiers not just on one occasion, but two. I will never return again and you just lost all of my business. I suggest you train all of your staff on customer service skills before your business completely shuts down to a lack of business. Yeah. I don't give more than two chances. Very rude people overall.
