Have been customer for years. Have had our unit broke into. I have been locked inside the facility due to them turning off my P.I.N. code due to a billing error then when the billing error was fixed we had been over billed by almost a year. Then I get a certified letter stating they are going to sell my property if I do not pay an inflated rate. I called to see if he would adjust the bill since my wife had called to pay and wast payment was not due and we could not pay in advance. The owner Joe then said that would never happen, so I guess my wife lied! Then Joe told me to pay up and get my property out by close of business that day. I explained to him I was going out of town today and he said have someone get it for you by 5 o'clock tomorrow. My advice is steer clear of this place it is ran terribly.
