Had an appointment for 10, when they’re supposed to open, for my son and I. Arrived a few minutes early and the gate was still down. Waited 20 minutes, attempting to keep my toddler occupied the whole time, when a worker finally strolled in with no urgency what so ever. Very disrespectful and unprofessional to waste other people’s time. We just walked away and will not go back.
The hair dressers are really good and friendly I would give 5 stars but there is no place to sit while waiting.
Cookie monster works here and the only thing she wants to do is eat cookies and not cut hair. This place is a ghost town... what happened to the qualified stylists who used to work here?
I always love it here. The prices are reasonable and the stylists care about their finished products so I always leave feeling and looking amazing!
