Soooo every time I’ve been to this location I’ve had to wait at least an hour for a flu shot! In addition, if my pediatrician calls in an rx for my children I have to go there to tell them that I’m actually planning on picking it up today. Then, 3 hours later it might be ready! Oh and the last time I went with an rx on paper they scolded me bc of covid 19 restrictions that I should have called it in so today I called...not only was the person on the phone terribly rude and short w me but it ended up w her telling me to bring the paper rx in!!! This place is the worst if ur looking for quick and friendly service! I’m going to send all of my rx to giant eagle from now on! I wouldn’t recommend this rite aid to anyone!!!!

Convenient for my family everyone is nice.. sometimes a line in the pharmacy but at least you know they take the time to get to know people otherwise would not be busy

The younger pharmacist with the shorter red hair gave me the quickest and more painless flu shot ever. I’m horrified of needles and I swear I didn’t even feel it. She’s awesome.

They need someone working drive thru at busy times of day. They have one person working inside counter and drive thru at same time. Just sat outside for 20 min waiting for guy in front then our car. Ridiculous.

They need more people working in the pharmacy. Takes forever to get waited on, especially in the drive thru.
