The day after thanksgiving blues brought me to Rolly’s new menu. It was a good night to take the night off from cooking. It was not a disappointment! The Mediterranean dishes are excellent and on point. I’m so glad that I have this as an option now. Bravo!

Rolly's Pizza & Urban Kitchen is a must come too place. The pizza and Mediterranean food is out of this world. We had Rolly's cater an event for us 3 months ago and it was the best. We ordered a pizza from the road. Had to wait a few minutes but so what, we didn't have to cook. Sat inside with my mask on for a few minutes, and other customers also had masks. However, not one of the people behind the counter, not one, had a mask on. Cooks, order takers, no one had a mask on of any description. This was disconcerting, to say the least.nThe pizza was as usual, very good. I dropped all my change from the transaction into the tip bucket. Folks, love your stuff and your new menu, but please! We want to help and masks and huge tips seem to be all we can do. Please fulfill your part of the deal.

I called in an order for a chicken sandwich. I didnt want all the toppings. I asked if i can just the chicken with mayo and cheese. I was informed that would be okay. However once i received my food it was wrong and cold. I called in and spoke with a manager. I was told tht whn they are busy they dont take special orders so he made it the way it was on the menu. Long story short, the manager disregarded how i felt abt my food as if i said or did something wrong. Not only that i tried to call again months later and was told they wouldnt deliver here anymore because there was an issue. I couldnt believe what i was hearing. Yu took my money gave me what yu wanted me to have disregarded my feelings on my food and then have the nerve to say your not delivering here anymore because of an issue. YEA BUDDY WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVERY EXPERIENCED!!!
