Honesdale / Poconos KOA Holiday

This is a good stop for an overnight stay, though it was very out of the way in terms of coming off the interstate (even using the thoughtful campground owner's suggestions from their confirmation). We stayed in one of the newer pull through sites which was gravel and well done. Very clean little pool which was a treat.

As always its a pleasure seeing Tim and Debbie they are doing amazing job on keeping campers happy and satisfied. huge improvements have been added with new spots more improvements are coming up. Highly recommend this place we have been coming here 4yrs in the row and love it. You Guys ROCK Kubiak Family

Very nice people, mini golf, fun activities for kids. Pet friendly, general store with supplies and plenty of firewood. Also has a bath house in case you don't like yours. Take shower shoes tho!

Site 93 Water/Electric. We had a nice time, clean campground, friendly staff, spacious sites, nice store, organized campground, lots to do. We especially enjoyed the Sunday Church Service and testimony. And especially grateful for respectful and friendly season section. We were honored to spend a weekend at the Honesdale/Poconos KOA and will return.

We were in Site 56. There is plenty of room between the sites and you do not feel cramped. The view from our site into the woods was wonderful. The grounds did not have a lot of vehicle traffic and it is very quiet.nWe did not have any negative experiences while we were there.nWe forgot our volleyball and the camp store was kind enough to loan us one. The store has a call-ahead pizza service and its pretty good. The people at the store we're always very gracious and polite.nThere are a great deal of hiking/walking trails within 20 minutes of the campground.nI strongly recommend checking your route of travel when you are on your way to this Campground. Our route had us on some very sketchy County Roads that are definitely not suitable for big rigs. Make sure you stay on the two-lane highways.nThe campground is expanding and has added a number of pull through sites. These were still under construction when we were there, but they look spacious and long. The pond was being reconstructed as well.nWe cannot wait to go back!
