Carquest Auto Parts - Carquest of Miles City

The only auto parts store I use in the Miles City area, They know their stuff. Every employee there is extremely knowledgable.

Wouldn't take a water pump return I bought two days prior because I test fitted it to an engine on a stand and found it was wrong length for pulleys. Said can't sell used parts. I've spent thousands of dollars here but they lost a customer

I can’t give this place enough stars. If I could give them a million I would. The employee at the desk that helped us that I didn’t get the name of basically saved mine and my families lives. He was so genuine and caring. We went to two other places before here for an oil cap and none of them had the one we needed and they just wanted us out of there because they were close to closing and didn’t do anything to help us at all. No advice or anything. When we got to this place the employee was so genuine and caring and gave us advice and was able to help us and get us back on the road safe. I’m so grateful and appreciate the employee that was working.

Friendly and quick

I needed a battery charger. There were two or three choices and the gentleman working there helped me to make the right decision and saved me about $75. The service was fast and friendly.
