I used to really like this Pharmacy. I've been using them for quite a while for myself and my children. Recently every time it's time to fill my script, they call my cell phone and tell me I have a script ready to be refilled. So I say yes to have it refilled, and then I receive a text message saying that I'm trying to fill my script too early along with a phone call treating me like I'm doing something wrong. I will be switching pharmacies after tomorrow. Also the wait time is absolutely ridiculous before someone answers the phone.
The pharmacy DOES NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. You have to call the front end of the store to get any help on your prescriptions.
This is the most professional pharmacy that I have ever dealt with. I never have to wait long, and all of my questions are answered quickly. I highly recommend them.
Every time I have to call it’s a 45-60 minute hold time. The pharmacy team is rude and not helpful at all.
Taking this CVS to court over the pharmacist calling a hospital to cancel a prescription after the hospital called it in. The prescription was valid and the pharmacist Kendra J. Stewart had NO right to cancel a doctors prescription. This pharmacist thinks she is above the Doctors and plays God with peoples health. I'm sure corporate CVS is going to LOOVVEEE this one to deal with.
