Since quarantine, my husband and I started using Giant Eagle’s curbside pickup and are extremely satisfied by the service we’re receiving. The staff takes great care to put everything in your order together, and if there’s something unavailable, they’re making sure to let you know and offer any substitutions before pickup. Giant Eagle curbside has done a fantastic job of making grocery shopping a safe and comfortable experience during these challenging times. Thank you!
Well I sat in the line for medicine outside, for 20 min, never moved. I parked and went inside. I saw why. The girl at the drive thru window just took her time. I mean really took her time. Like she just didn't care that the line had 5 cars and me waiting. Inside there were 3 windows open and those girls were moving. Really moving. Something should be done about this. You are an awesome store. This reflects bad on you. When I came back out only one car moved up. Unbelievable.
Got to love Giant Eagle! They are the best when it comes to grocery stores and the one in McMurray is my favorite! With using my food perks and all their sales, I saved $120 on a $450 grocery bill!
