I'm a truck driver, right next door at the Pilot. I tried calling, wound up at a call center in India. I asked if they can deliver next door to the Pilot, the gal on the end of the line was clueless, as she is not here in the USA...nnSome places will, others will not, it is a truck stop. So, she transfers me to the actual store, it rings, I am assuming they are busy, some one picks up the line and it sounds like they slam down the phone...nnI would happily walk over there, but it is around 30 degrees out and snowing. My food will be ice cold by time I get back to the truck. Thanks for nothing Pizza Hut... Subway again tonight.
My problem with this Pizza Hut is the management. The woman who is the manager there is just not very friendly or personable. I had placed my order through the app like always, I go to pick up after 20 minutes and she is outside smoking. The nice employee inside (all the young people who work there are very sweet) couldn't find my order and had to call her on the phone to get her back inside. My order showed up in POS, but not on their order screen. Irritating, but technology has these issues everywhere. There was no apology from her, there was nothing from her at all. I had to wait another 15 minutes for my food, and there was not even a hint of wanting to make it right. When your employees model better customer service than you do, you're in the wrong role.
The crust was not cooked thoroughly, the sauce was bland. The pizza did not taste as good as the pizza hut in Belle Vernon.
Pizza is good & they were so nice to give me a few plates & parm. cheese
It tasted horrible, and when we got the pizza it was Missing the toppings we ordered, later that night we both got sick to our stomachs.... probably not going to that pizza hut ever again
