Nice, clean area to enjoy a picnic and go swimming in the reservoir. We loved that there were lots of picnic tables in shady areas. The beach wasn’t sand, it was small rocks, and the beach area wasn’t huge, but none of the kids there seemed to notice or care, everyone was enjoying a perfect summer day!
A small but wonderful place to go outside do a bit of swimming. The waters large enough for boats and jet skis with plenty of room. All in all a great place to go with family!
The beach is pebbles on a concrete slope, might want to wear some water shoes. Fun place to cool off in the summer heat. There are trees on either side which provide some shady areas. The restrooms are small and typically fairly gross.
Nicest beach on the reservoir. Better during the week because of less boats.
Love this spot. My family picnicked here countless times growing up. Now I've introduced my boys, and they loved it too! With a mix of sun and shade there's a great spot for lounging a summer day away. We arrived around 10am, and by 1pm the beach had really started to pick up. Probably 50+ people there even though it was a Monday. Plenty of space, for everyone though.
