I really like the selection of pizza. I like being able to order online and pay with my debit card. The delivery people are especially nice. I felt bad recently that the front system isn't working in my building and the delivery driver went out of his way to make sure I got my dinner. Thank you!

Ordered delivery online last night at 8:30PM (pre-paid online, as well). Finally received the order at 9:30PM.. Driver claimed they got slammed and luckily he was courteous & apologetic, which I appreciate. However, the food wasn't hot & the order was wrong. We were starved and it was too late at night to call them to get the order right, so we bit our tongues and ate it. Pizza tasted/smelt like they don't clean their area (like feet!). This isn't the first time we've had a bad experience here - I know stuff happens so I like to think it's not a constant issue in hopes it won't happen to us again. Yet another let down from yet another food joint here in Warren. I've worked in the food industry until recently for about 10 years and the best way to look at it is - Would you serve this to your mother?

Ordered 2 pasta dishes and lava cake, its now been over 2 hrs and still haven't received my food, 20 minutes ago I received a call saying it would be here in 20... called again... waiting another 15 minutes. Just ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and just order from 4star! Food never takes more then an hour for delivery... even on thier busy days!

The order is almost always not ready or wrong. Last time I ordered, I walked in to find them giving my prepaid order to someone else. They had the box open looking at the pizza and neither the worker or customer was wearing a mask. He got a free pizza and I got to wait another 15 minutes. Of course I paid for mine. He said it was the second time that this happened to him and gave me a thumbs up for the free pizza. They were not busy. Maybe it’s best not to pay online. Don’t pay online!
