Plenty of room to run & play with the dogs and a brand new playground for the kids. There are 3 tennis courts, 2 of which are lined for Pickleball. A skate park, 2-hoop basketball court and gravel/cinder track complete this well-used park.
Great, clean park. Some old-fashioned pieces that a lot of parks don't have now, like merry-go-rounds and spring-seat, 4-way teeter-totters. Well-kept, cheerful park.
We like the new equipment, it's much safer and way more fun! The drinking fountain is out of order, so I think there should be a backup water source like the 4th Street playground. The fields, ball courts, skate park, and trails are also so amazing- we love Beatty Park!! (Here are pics of the duck under the merry go round, the trails, and the creek from the trails. I will upload pics of the equipment when there aren't children on it for their privacy)
The new playground they put in is actually really nice and my kids had a lot of fun playing.
Really nice park to take the kids. It was recently updated and improved
