So as we all know service is hard to get in ID..... called up asked if had 4 batteries which they did, Interstate makes them for there shop COOL. Tech noticed some loose pos and I’m like no way I’d have more problems then what I’m seeing, load tests come back way high then rated I’m like yup replace all. WOW there bats rock. Tech was so professional it shows in his work definitely if I ever need anything I shall be back again.

Stopped off the freeway to have our wheels re-torqued on our car. They were very helpful, friendly and quick to get us on our way again! Highly recommend!

I had a hydraulic line going out on my RV. I was told that they would not take me for a ride on the price since I am a disabled vet on a fixed income. I live in my RV.nThey Nickle and dimed me bad. $20 for 7 zip ties on top of $36 for shop supplies, $10 convenience fee, $10 environmental fee. That's not including parts, labor and inspection. All to replace a 5ft. hydraulic line. It is going to be a rough month because of this. I would NOT recommend this place for anything. I should have drove somewhere else.

They told me that they would be out to my truck in 1 hour but it took 2.5 hours before they arrived.nThey informed me that the bill would be around $600 and I sign a credit card slip for that amount. I still have not received an invoice for the repair and it has been a week but they charged my credit card double what I signed for.nI also had to help the man they sent out since he did not have all the tools he need and if I did not help it would have taken hours to do the repair.nThe mechanic had also gotten the air line to the brake chamber reversed so the chamber did not work.nI finally got the invoice for the work and found that they charged me for 2 chambers when only 1 was installed. this company is ripping owner operators off since they are so small and will not sue them because it is not worth the time and money.nthe invoice number is 23171 and location was Brighton, CO

Josh and Ron saved the day! I can't be more positive about my experience with this Truck Center. I am a transport driver and needed to pick up a load, but my ball on my hitch was damaged. They changed it for me in 105* heat with smiles! On a Friday! At 6:30pm! I will be forever grateful. If you need help, this is the place to stop! Professional and knowledgeable. Thanks again Josh and Ron. My heroes!!!
