Despite handling prescriptions for more than half of the city of Warren, they have been great at getting prescriptions ready in a timely manner.

Prior to CVS absorbing the other small pharmacies in the area, it was a great pharmacy. However, it is now a total disaster. What used to take 20 minutes now takes 6 hours and that is with a call to the pharmacy asking when the meds would be ready. Under the new stress the pharmacy staff remain friendly and work hard to please the customers. As customers leave, I can not stress enough that the employees are not to blame.

I don't live in the Warren area but have had need upon occasion to have scripts filled at the Warren CVS. In every circumstance, the pharmacists and staff have been incredibly helpful and have gone over and above to get what I needed. I have nothing but respect for each of the staff with which I have dealt and would recommend this pharmacy highly.

The pharmacist named Celia and the other ladies working with her went above and beyond to help me get a prescription filled before my vacation. I am very impressed with and thankful to them!

Visiting my retired parents in Warren for Christmas and had the worst experience at this CVS. Tried calling and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes and no answer. Went to the pharmacy in person and spent 1:30 waiting for needed medications. This service is horrible!
