Called at 8:30pm they ignored my calls kept calling for a delivery then they shut there phones off at 8:35pm so I drove to the foxes pizza place. It was 8:50 by then they had there open signs on and the doors open but refused to give us service. Apparently they are a bunch of liars and close whenever they want too. 1/10 review would highly not recommend.
Food was ok...definitely not as good as it used to be...lady who took our order was extremely rude, we orderd delivery and she repeated everything back to us correctly but when we received it one of the things was made wrong. She refused saying she read it back to us..and she did correctly but again it was made wrong. She was very rude about it and finally agreed to send the correct item out but still continued to blame us...dont think we will be ordering again
Honestly, the food could be worse. How it is prepared is hit and miss. When I ordered they specifically asked for here or to go, I said here. After all of my friends received there food (30-45 minutes later), mind you I ordered first, I went up to ask and it had been just sitting there. Then, my friends had gotten the wrong thing and had stated that. The lady then informed them that she was the one correct and that she had stated the order back. My friends had stayed multiple times what the wanted repeatedly because she kept messing up on the machine. This was by far the worst customer service I have ever seen. I am a quite patient and forgiving person. But when you completely disrespect a customer because of your own mistake, that is the worst thing you could possibly do. Please get new friendly staff in this place or you will loose all of your customers. Will not be back.
