Mike came on a Saturday to replace my water heater. My water heater went out friday night and I called Mike on Saturday morning, he was here by 12pm and never charged weekend fees! We were very pleased with his work. He was very efficient! Very nice, even gets a little wet! ud83dude02

This is a scam, folks--beware! Mister Durgin is not a qualified electrician, plumber, or hvac technician/installer. Mister Durgin does not have a valid license to perform electrical work, plumbing, or hvac work in the state of Idaho. Mister Durgin did have a building contractors license (RCT-43357), but it was revoked by the state because he was caught performing substandard and unlicensed plumbing work in the city of Twin Falls. This is a matter of public record, simply search for RCT-43357 on the Idaho division of occupational and professional licenses website. Protect yourself, your family, and your property by using only qualified and properly licensed individuals. Mister Durgin, you are welcome to refute the statements I have made here, but please, do not bother doing so without posting the numbers of the following licenses registered to your name: Idaho electrical contractor and electrical journeyman or master, Idaho plumbing contractor and Idaho plumbing journeyman, Idaho HVAC contractor and HVAC journeyman, and Idaho general contractor. If you cannot provide this information, it is a misdemeanor offense to advertise, perform, or submit a bid to perform such services. I recommend you remove this listing as well as the websites associated with it before the Division of Building Safety comes down on you with heavy fines and criminal charges.

After calling about a plumbing problem, he was able to stop by same day esses the problem, prep it and then next day first thing in the morning he had everything ready took thirty minutes and he had my issue solved and repaired with professional quality. Will have him take care of all my plumbing needs.

Had a tech come look at our ac unit. It wasn’t cooling properly. He spent 30 min looking at it then came to the conclusion the compressor wasn’t working. Then he tried to sell me a new ac unit. A compressor can be replaced without replacing the whole unit. Plus the ac unit was only 1.5 years old. I got a second opinion from a more experienced company. The refrigerant regulator was fried. Two completely different things and the latter is definitely cheaper to repair. $125 wasted on this company.
