Waited over 2 hours on a Wednesday night. Called twice, transferred to the store, no one picks up. Call again and again transferred this time store picks up. Girl tells me nothing she can do. She tells me to tell the driver to take back the pizza. I insisted on waiting for a manager who will give me a refund on my card. I asked for Area Manager information or Customer Service and she claims she doesn’t know. Really!!!!! Extremely poor customer service.

Worst place to place a delivery on the phone! The first man that started to take my order didn't speak or understand English well, said they had salads, put me on hold as I was speaking. Then I hung up and called back, the lady taking my order didn't speak English well. Said they did not have salads. This is the worse place to place an order through the phone!

Love this pizza hut! I typically use the deals they have available online and never had a problem with carry out. Always ready in a quick and timely manner.

Called to place an order, call was transferred to an answering service in China or some Asian country and you can’t understand them. Tried to call back and add something to the order and get transferred again, and they don’t know what your talking about. Can’t get ahold of the actual store, had to place a seperate order online, add more stuff to the order to make it over $10. And had to pay another delivery fee. I will be stopping by the store eventually to talk to them in person since u can’t call them and see if they’ll be decent and reimburse me. We eat out often and almost always buy from locally owned restaurants (not chains) don’t waste your money Pizza Hut doesn’t need it , buy small, and get treated like a customer should be treated. 2nd time I’ve ordered from this Pizza Hut, both times have required a trip to the store to make it right. Pathetic customer service.
