Hoffman Campground

Great place to camp! You have to pack in all your stuff but it's only a mile or so from the parking area. There's a nice trail going right past the camp ground you can bike on. Pine Creek runs right on the other side. It has restrooms and water but no electricity. Beautiful location!

Excellent place to camp with friends.

This is my go to place for remote camping i've never had to worry leaving my stuff here while i left to go hike or ride my bike or go to the store. Most of the other campers out there have always been respectful and usually will come up and chit chat with ya. Best part of all it's free to camp there. There's water access on the camp site so if you're a fisherman you will catch trout there we did, right at the boat launch on site, great if ur camping by boat as well. Little to no mosquitos except right at sunset and sunrise at the pine trees.
