Rite Aid

I've had a particularly long wait today ...about 15 -20 minutes in the drive through with the line moving only slightly (some movement because people gave up and left) Well, I decided to go inside because I really did need my prescription....well another wait of about 15 min ....again..... NO QUICK STOP HERE. I guess they need more help or??? Then to top it off ....when it was FINALLY my turn....it seemed it still wasn't filled (though when I checked the status 2 days ago ...it was going to be ready in 20 minutes!) Also my prescription jumped in price more than 4x what it has been for years...(I was warned it had gone up, but opted to fill it because I was out of my medicine) thankfully I can transfer my prescription to Weis Pharmacy...gr8 prices there and wonderful service! I like Rite Aid's store, but can't go the pharmacy anymore.

Horrible....wait forever in the drive thru all the time and in the pharmacy line. More than half the time they don't even acknowledge the customer waiting. They text that scripts are ready yet the only have some ready, not all requested.

The girls who work here are just to worried about theyre image rather then actually helping customers. They need NEW employees and managers are horrible there!!!nnLove that i switched to CVS

This morning I went to rite aid to get my flu shot. I filled out the form and presented it to the tech in the pharmacy. She told me there would be about a twenty minute wait, which was ok. I expected there would be some kind of wait. 25 minutes later the pharmacist went into the private room and took the three people in for their shots that were there ahead of me. The pharmacist then went back to work in the pharmacy. About ten minutes later another lady came and filled out the form to have a Tdap shot. She sat down to wait with me. Some thereafter the pharmacist went into the room to give shots. The lady jumped up and stood in front of the door waiting for it to open. I said excuse me but I am next. The door opened and in she went. The pharmacist never said a word in my defense. The woman got her shot and the pharmacist went back to work, leaving me sitting there........ Fuming I told the tech I was leaving. I had waited 45 min, the pharmacist knew I had been waiting a long time, yet she took someone ahead of me who had literally been there five min. This incident was uncalled for, I was treated unfairly and rudely. I would not recommend going to this drugstore for anything.

Decent place, everything is over priced though.
