We was in the Canton Acorn on September 7 2020 and ordered a large Stromboli although the stromboli was amazing perhaps one of the best I have ever had. I did not appreciate the individual making it not wearing food service gloves while preparing food orders! I work as a supervisor in food service and that is something that is normally required to prepare food. The individual running cash register stood at the counter and yelled I can take the next person. Yelling is not professional in my opinion and the employees didn’t seem to care about the quality of service or their customers. Can anyone tell me why the employees do not wear food service gloves when preparing customers food orders.

I purchased a personal italian Stromboli and an order of butter garlic knots, which i paid extra for marinara and butter garlic sauce. The marinara was cold and i did not receive the butter garlic sauce. Also the bottom of the garlic knots was burnt. The Stromboli was burnt around the edges. Pudgie’s in Wellsboro has permanently lost my business. Very unsatisfactory. All i was told was we never heat the marinara no apologies nothing which i found extremely rude. Never again will they get my business. I would rather starve than eat the food from there again
