Absolutely love coming here. Theres many places to park & walk from. This place is my serenity. PA Game Commission are very helpful if you need any kind of assistance as well.

Plenty of wildlife and birds.nFrom fawns to frogs to northern flickers this area is teaming with cool critters.nnSnakes and toads and butterflies delight. Bear Cubs and turkeys dig these woods too.nnUse Caution-Lots of gas rig traffic on Panther Hill. If you have a CB (which you should if traversing Susquehanna County. Use Ch 38 to announce yourself and hear about trucks travelling along your way. Go slow- narrow and curvy road to the State Game Lands parking spot- most wildlife I have spotted were crossing the dirt road before the Young Water Impound site on the right.
Very large gameland if you walk in far you should know navigation in the woods or it could be awhile till you come out of there .
