Rite Aid

i just called with covid test questions and the young woman could not have been nicer and more helpful. these are tough times; everyone chill a bit!

I went there today and two ladies that were working around 2:30 started talking bad about Price Chopper. Little did they realize, I work there. They complained that ever other lane is open in Price Chopper, we have 8 lines and yes, we do have every other lane open to abide by the social distancing recommendations. One of the ladies complained that Price Chopper is always closed by the time she gets out of work. Rite Aid closes at 9pm and Price Chopper closes at 10pm. We are open every single day and we are not open only when she is at work, it’s just a matter of good time management on her end. I find it rude that they have no respect for the surrounding businesses. This pandemic has caused many businesses to create more rules and changes and I am very sorry they do not have enough intelligence to watch what they say around customers.

Was there Saturday afternoon...woman behind pharmacy counter couldn't have been more rude....cold....not a nice person! Very disappointed! Was in store on 11-16-19
