Order incorrect. I did not have the time for it to be fixed
They typically have you wait in the front to get your food, and will sometimes bring the wrong bag to the wrong car. Really annoying sometimes.
I'm very disappointed with this restaurant. I've tried to give it multiple chances and made excuses for the poor service, bit I can't anymore. The food was undercooked on multiple occasions. Got my order wrong many times. When I brought it to the staffs attention they scoffed at me for "complaining". Management isn't much hp and accused me of just trying to get something for free. I just wanted them to make it right, didn't want something for nothing. Sorry not coming back.
Saturday 9/12/2020 morning I went thru the drive thru got the ultimate sausage breakfast 2 jr bacon cheeseburgers only ketchup and the variety pack of fries onion rings and Mozzarella sticks. I got home to eat the food and I realized that the cheese was cold on all the burgers. Honestly throwing cold cheese on the burgers made the burgers taste horrible I ended up throwing away all the food that I got from there
I really want to give you guys ZERO stars.
I went through the drive through at 7:45pm and ordered a bacon ultimate cheeseburger and a 3 pc. egg roll. That's it. No fries. No drinks. Simple order. I get asked to pull around to a waiting lane and they bring the stuff out, I leave.
I get home, and in the bag is an order of chicken nuggets, a single burger with pickles, lettuce, & tomato (no sauces), and THREE orders of fries when I didn't order any fries at all. Why don't your employees put receipts or something on the bags so they know what's in them?
You need to train managers to encourage employees to DO better and to BE better.
