Tried placing an order online for delivery took the money off of my credit card. Called to see what was going on was told they couldn't make the order the manager hung up the phone on my daughter twice then my husband called back to see why they took the money for an order they couldn't make. She hung up on him also. Very rude and very poor customer service.

Every time we come here we always have to wait at least 20 mins for our order but that's understandable since they cater for to-go orders as well. The crew are very nice and helpful. I kind of made a mistake with my order and realized it after paying. I was happy that they were able to fix it for me.

location? IN ORDER was told 20 min till ready. Arrived over 20 min, order could not befound.15 min/4 employees later order under GREGORY was found & cold by the time it got home. Ana took my order not sure where NATALIE turned into GREGORY. TO Many people between the counter/kitchen (counted AT LEAST 10) CHAOTIC MESS!!!!

To begin, as I walked In to this wing stop I was not even greeted nor acknowledged by the staff. I realized the lady at the register was on the phone so I patiently waited for her to get off. As she was on the phone Everyone was a little busy. Once she got off she asked if I was placing or picking up an order. I let her know I was placing so then asks another employee to take my order. As the other employee comes up to the register she asks me the SAME question after being told to take my order. Once I tell her I’m placing an order she looks around and ask another employee to take my order. I told them if no one wanted to help me then I would leave so I left. I really felt this was a very un pleasant experience and was very upset. So I decided to call the Wingstop and asked for a manager. When I asked for her name she said she wouldn’t give it to me. As I started to explain what happened she hung up on me!!!!! I’ve never dealt with such a large group of unprofessional Individuals . I will never go back to this wing stop and ensuring I post this review on every social platform since wing stop can’t take accountability for their own actions. I use to love this place. Such a shame

I would like to say that Wingstop made my day after my husband ordered online from them yesterday night. Originally we had gotten the wrong order from them when the delivery guy gave it to us. Opening up the food, we notice it wasn't ours and immediately called them to let them know. Now, I've been ordering food from them forever and have never had any issues so I knew it was probably just a small mistake. My husband spoke with a cashier who was very very nice and told her my situation, she then proceeded to let me know that they would take care of it asap. Seconds later, the manager Fernando came to the phone and talk to him and immediately apologized for the mishap.. he then offered us an opportunity to come to the store where he was going to make it up to us by not only giving us our order but some extras we thought that was very nice for him to do. Today my husband and I called Wingstop and told them we were on our way to pick up our free order for lunch. Went there, they were super nice. Went home, ate my wings, my husbands wings and the extras and it was good. Thanks for making this up to us... "ahem" clears throat... me... I, I mean we will continue to order from this store. Thanks for great customer service.
