I have came here a few times and the service has been usually good. However today, we placed our order at 11:30 and 30 minutes later we have yet to get our food. They served 6 people who came in after us before us. I do not know why nor do I have time to eat before my next shift.
I am disgusted by the behavior of this restaurant. I was a huge fan of taco town (the taco truck) on Ann and 5th. I have heard that you guys are responsible for them not selling there anymore. You guys CHASED them away. Their tacos were way better than yours and that’s why you guys had no business. Truly disgusting.
Had a large order and they got things wrong. Food didn’t have good seasoning. And customer service could have been better. Well definitely never coming back.
These Tacos are terrible hands down!! Worst tacos I’ve even had , no taste or flavor to them, they definitely need to add more to them, like maybe some pico de gallo, add a little flavor to the beef, heck even some queso fresco or cotija on the tacos would help them out !!!
Went there today. The lady sold me tacos for the special price of $1 each.I paid my money. Then a grumpy man comes from the back yelling that it was already past 8 and that the deal isn’t valid anymore after I already paid for the special. They then said I had to pay regular price and gave me my money back. I do recommend going to the taco truck at the intersection of 5th and Ann. They give you free beans and chips with the purchase of your tacos. I would not recommend wasting your time here.
