I don't know if this company has more than one locksmith, but certainly the people I see here leaving anything but a 5 star review cannot have met with the chap I did.nnGlen was in time, courteous and professional, explained everything he was doing and got the job done perfectly and in good time.nnMy experience was excellent and I would absolutely recommend in terms of both quality and price.
I told the man what I wanted and he said he could but he was running a little behind but would get there.when he did he was all over the jobs ! Right on the ball what really sold me on this man was he was not a Money hog like the other four I seen & talked to. First thing right out there blow holes were sure we can that will run $275.00 the other one was $325 .00 dollars and this guy it was the last to talk about & for only $100.00 dollars ! You know who'll I will call again ! ya the nice guy with manners and cleanse .from wess. (((PS =12 locks))) END OF LINE.
The technician was completely unprofessional, rude, insulting and belittling of me as a client. His job is based on serving people who are in a bind. I don’t make it a goal or practice to judge anyone harshly but after the way he treated me and the way I learned recently that he treated my friend, I would never recommend his business to anyone. Kindness and gratitude goes a long way...far beyond unlocking a vehicle or safe. If you want more business- treat people with some respect and compassion.
