The service was ridiculous! Not only slow but not friendly at all! The food was the same quality you usually get with BK and that is the only reason they got 2 stars

We have tried twice to eat there. Both times we sat in drive thru for a ridiculous amount of time. Yesterday we sat in line for over 35 minutes without so much as an apology for the wait. We would have left had we not been pinned in the drive thru line. This is completely unacceptable for a fast food restaurant. I do not see us using this location again. Pitiful service.

I ordered a plain double cheeseburger, a medium fry, a mini shake, some jalapeno cheese bites and a Whopper Jr w/ cheese. I got all of this, but the double cheeseburger had bacon as well. Whatever, I like bacon well enough, and I paid for it, thought all was fine. I got it home and bit into it. It tasted funny but I couldn't place it. And then I saw that instead of making a plain burger, they added condiments. And instead of making it again after they understood their mistake, they simply scraped it off. That is unacceptable for a number of reasons. I am beyond angry. This is ridiculous. I won't be back.
