Penn Avon Campground

Nice campground. Clean, quiet, and friendly.

This is a lovely, quiet campground. The owners are very nice. It's not very big, no activities, but right on the little river. You can fish, kayak, swim, but all at your own risk and with your own equipment. It's close to town if you forget something. Overall, just a really nice, well kept camp ground with full hookups.

Nice,. Clean atmosphere. Showers are push button but not great. Firewood is $10 for a full wheelbarrow. Very reasonably priced and easy to access spaces.

Excellent small town / smaller campground. Significant amount of seasonal / permanent sites. Clean and well kept. Owner is very friendly and laid back. Will definitely be back. We are along the creek and have enjoyed it very much!

Situated along Penns Creek upstream of PA WMU 4E. Think public access to the creek. Campground has the basics. Clean and well ran place. Polite and friendly staff. Some sites are back-in along the creek. Mostly quiet except for the occasional plane from the nearby smaller plane airport. Most of the air traffic seems to be Piper Cubs and Cessnas type planes.
