Super easy. New facility and was able to rent and store the same day. Was able to see all the options I was interested in before selecting. Was recommended to go there by a neighbor and recommended it to another neighbor when I got home! Ended up renting a 10x20 because we needed to store 4 kayaks and the trailer. Perfect option and we can move stuff out of the basement too!
The manager was excellent at providing me with all the knowledge and support to make me feel comfortable knowing my belongings were safe in the beautiful new storage units located in marlin. She was very kind and helpful. I would greatly recommend to anyone looking to rent or store their belongings to try ideal storage! They are great to work with!
The receptionist was a very polite, happy person that showed me everything I had a question about. I recommend this facility to everyone I know that is looking for a storage unit
