Rosemount Camping Resort

When I first called to makes reservations they were super friendly and knowledgeable. I called again to see if they had charcoal grills at the site. I was told by the girl on the phone every site had a charcoal grill. We get there and no grill. We did have an excellent time and there is plenty to do there. We were in campsite C5 which was roomy but our neighbor who was seasonal came over and asked us to be quiet an hour before quiet time because he had work in the morning. We did but it was kind of annoying to have to tip toe around the campsite the second day of camping so we didn't bother our neighbor. The place was clean and there is lots of fun for kids.

We decided to pick a seasonal site mid season after coming to this place 2 times. Other people were wonderful and made some great friends. The staff lacked even decent customer service skills. Nothing for young kids to do, changing and making up rules as the season went on. The small bit of entertainment they managed due to covid was more enjoyed by older campers. The owner called the seasonal campers foul words after a disagreement on a Facebook post. Decided that this would be our first and last season with them. Made it absolutely miserable.

Customer service horrible. No people skills at all. She didn't wear a mask never smiled nor did offer a have a nice day. It was like a burden for her to get up and assist a customer. Horrible..wish previous owners still had it. They made you feel welcome all the time.

Our visit was very relaxing, site was surprisingly level, the hosts were friendly and our requests were addressed expediently. A nice campground in the woods that We would definitely revisit.

Visited some friends, nice getaway. The pool was refreshing in the heat, can feel a little crowded at times. Family environment. Bathroom was clean
