I came here yesterday at around 6.30pm. My pick up is today 10.00 am. I was in truck since yesterday overnight parked in this comapny. Somebody came to truck asked my pick up number and told me to back up on door 127. It is 6.35 am now and they finished loading. I found they are nice people. Speaking nicely. I dont have to wait till 10.00am. I am done by 6.35am.nThanks
I just read a few of other reviews and they were not good. However, I had the extreme opposite. I got here after my appointment time as they were closing however my appointment had been rescheduled for the next morning. I was just going to park it overnight and check in O'bright and early. The yard jockey, I'm sorry but I didn't catch any names, asked me a couple of questions. He told me that they had stayed over for me. Shipping had me loaded in a about 30 minutes. The people had a good attitude about everything. The docks are easy to get into and they have overnight parking.nnSteve with Transport America Feb. 4, 2020.
Well my appt was at 1200 to pick up i arrived at 0230 to do my break was woke up at 0845 to back into the dock and out of dock by 1030 pretty alright place other than i cant go back to sleep now from being woke up.
I am currently working for Western Express logistics and I deal with a tremendous amounts of lost time at shipper s and receiver's .I arrived at Hollanders expecting the worst because I was 32 minutes late .to my surprise a worker by the name of Mike Schleig loaded me up in about 28 minutes flat.Outstanding job with a cool personality quite rare in this industry Keep up the good work
