The folks at Capri Marine are wonderful! They take excellent care of my boat. Rich Sr., Rich, Brian, North, Kyle are all very helpful. Highly recommended!

Just purchased a boat from Capri Marine and I must say it was a seamless experience. Worked with John Morton who was just tremendous, never felt like I was being pressured. He was fair in negotiations and could not have been more professional. Would highly recommend purchasing your next boat from Capri!!(just make sure you add a full tank of fuel into your negotiations)

Didnt buy anything but spoke with the mechanical team. Very friendly and full of free advice. Will bring my boat here for now on

Capri Marina epitomizes the concept of a customer-first culture. My family and I trailered our boat 4 hours to the lake for a long-awaited, 4 day vacation following the COVID-19 quarantine in our area. We launched it upon arriving late Saturday afternoon, but unfortunately it would not go into gear. After putting it back on the trailer and going to 3 different local marinas, only to be told they would not even be able to look at it for a week, we found Capri. We called at around 5:00 pm and Rickard Sr. (the owner) said he would stay open until we got there. We shared with him that we travel 4 hours to be there and only had 4 days on the lake. He said they would look at it as soon as possible and try to get us back on the water soon. That night his mechanic (his son Richie) called and said he stayed late to look at the boat and was able to fix the throttle cable linkage and put in a new trim fuse and we were ready to go. He said he’d stay later so we could pick up – this was at 7:00 pm – ON A SATURDAY. Best of all – I could not believe the price. When I picked the boat up, Richie told me that he learned from his father many years ago that without customers, there would be no business. He said Richard Sr. instilled in him that it did not matter if we were local or just visiting, we were all part of the boating community. Capri is not only a great business but a fantastic ambassador of Lake Wallenpaupack. I would totally go back to the lake knowing we have a partner like Capri. Nice work gentlemen – you have a customer for life.

NEW OCTOBER 2020 UPDATE SEE BELOW....I PURCHASED A BOAT FROM A FRIEND THAT KEPT IT AT CAPRI AND RECOMMENDED I DO THE SAME. AFTER WORKING WITH RICHARD, RICHIE, BRIAN,JOHN, AND KYLE I SEE WHY. THESE GUYS ARE THE MOST ACCOMMODATING, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND EFFICIENT PEOPLE IN THE BUSINESS. THE MARINA IS STOCKED WITH ALMOST ANYTHING YOU'LL NEED FOR YOUR BOAT. THEY WINTERIZE, AND THEIR DETAIL SERVICE IS SECOND TO NONE. THEY ALLOWED ME TO OUTFIT MY ASSIGNED SLIP WITH DOCK BUMPERS TO PROTECT MY BOAT AND RESERVED IT FOR ME FOR THE FUTURE YEARS. WHAT MORE CAN YOU ASK.n***UPDATE..... 2 YEARS NOW WITH CAPRI MARINE AND I BOUGHT A NEWER BOAT THROUGH THEM. EVERYONE IS SUPER TO DEAL WITH AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY EVEN HELPED ME SELL MY OLDER BOAT.nBEING A BUSINESS OWNER MYSELF I CAN FEEL THE PASSION TOWARD CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE....... I WOULD GRANT THIS FAMILY RUN BUSINESS 10 STARS IF I COULD.
