Excellent customer service! It was a hectic day and they took the time to help me get my boating certificate and get my friends and I set up well with a great boat. I booked months in advance and probably called 10x with questions; always knowledgeable and positive with me and I really appreciate it! Great rates too!

I've never rented a pontoon boat before, but this company is now the gold standard for me!! The customer service alone has made me a lifelong customer. Their boats are spotless and well-maintained, their staff on the docks are very informative and very prepared for first-time boat drivers, and Gretchen and Carol in the office went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience with them. We had some bad weather over the weekend, but even with that we had a fantastic time! I plan on going back to the area and this time around I'd love to stay in one of their rental properties.

The wake surfing lessons with Roy were awesome! His coaching advice allowed us to pick up the sport with ease. So much fun - highly recommend!!

Best Equipment, Great rates, and most importantly, the Nicest, Professional, Friendly, Helpful and informed Staff my Family has ever encountered.nMy family of 22 has rented at Lake Wally every year since 2014. Each year we rent a pontoon boat for the week and , because we’re loyal , we’ve used the same rental company , not the Boat Shop , for the past sixnYears. This other Company was my first call this year. I was surprised to learn that they had moved theirnlocation, not a big deal, but their daily rate rose 25 % !!! I explained that I was a returning Customer whichnWas met with an insincere “ those are our prices “ . Next. So I called around, eventually made my way to a conversation with Carol at the Boat Shop. She initially advised me that due to Covid they had not yet madena decision about renting any boats at all . After quoting me some Very attractive rates with a free day after 4 days she asked me to call back in a few weeks. Fast forward, I call back , book the rental, show up on the agreed upon Monday , qualify with my son-in-law for the Safety certification ( never had to do that before?!)n, and finally presented with the nicest, cleanest, pontoon boat we've ever encountered ! Another excellent Staff member familiarized us with the freshly sanitized boat and off we go ! Great boat, great week!nWe’ll be back next year !
