Fantastic customer service bar none.The person Chris who was helping me out was fantastic, knowledgeable, patient, and very helpful - Thank you Chris! I have dealt with numerous telescopes stores online and none have had the patience and knowledge and desire to share their knowledge especially with a newbie amateur like myself who is starting out. I highly recommend High point scientific to anyone looking for great customer service and product knowledge.
As a novice to astronomy, I find High Point Scientific to be an ideal firm to work with. Their assistance in the choice of an optimal set up for me was great. Their free service in answering questions on equipment and solving problems in setting everything up was wonderful. I am working with Patrick who is most knowledgeable and helpful. I am impressed with his general knowledge as well as expertise in the nitty gritty of the telescope and its accessories. The additional items I ordered were shipped rapidly. In short, I am completely pleased with High Point Scientific and look forward to working with them in the years to come.
Great experience. I called their toll free number with questions about a Celestron telescope that I didn't buy from them. They eagerly answered all of my questions and pointed me in the right direction for the upgrade I was looking to do. When I asked about other accessories that I thought I would need they told me not to buy them because they were unnecessary for what I wanted to do. They could have easily have sold me something just to make a sale but they did not. I will now be buying all of my telescope accessories from them. Very happy that I found them!
High Point Scientific is one of the best organizations that I have every had the pleasure working with. They are always there to assist you with any questions you might have from purchases to tech questions. I have dealt with quite a few of their representatives and each one acts in a very professional manner and always courteous. They will research your question until they find the answer and offer a solution. If you want to purchase anything they sell and have a question, please call them and they will assist you and make excellent recommendations before you make your purchase to ensure that you are pleased with the item.nnI could go on, but I think you get the idea of what I'm saying. An excellent company and I would strongly recommend them for any astronomy equipment. They are there to assist you, trust me you won't be disappointed.
