Needed a unit for a few months.nStaff very friendly and accommodating.nWill use again if i am in need.
I stored my belongings here for about a year (Matamoras location). When I came back to unload my stuff, it was apparent everything had suffered major water damage. 90% of my stuff was ruined and had mice living inside/chewing up everything. Then, to add insult to injury I had to fight with them to get my deposit back. I would not recommend this place at all for the safekeeping of your valuables.
Extremely helpful with all needs
Took two months to get my security deposit back. I made several phone calls to the office and the manager was not helpful at all. Once I finally recieved my deposit it was short $10. I wouldn't recommend using this facility to my worst enemy.
Only place to secure your stuff!!
