Hands down the best storage place I’ve ever encountered. Not only does this place offer the best prices after looking around, they offer a free moving truck to rent for the day to move your things over, and the place has amazing security for your unit. On top of everything else, the facility manager, Robert, defines extraordinary customer service. He goes above and beyond to help you. He truly cares and I wish you could duplicate him in every customer service setting. Thank you, Robert and Storage West, you’ve made a customer for life.
This has been a great place to rent my storage from. Now that I’ve moved into a house I don’t have a need for it, but for the better part of two years Storage West kept my stuff clean and safe in their facility. Always greeted by a smile and they love military!
