Hands down the best experiances when buying a new car. No pressure very welcoming! Will buy a car again for sure!

Hillary the service rep was courteous and knowledgeable. That was the positive part of the experience. They worked on car for 1 hour and charged for 2.2 hrs labor at 150/hr. When I questioned it they immediately changed the labor charge to actual time not book time. What a dishonest policy; overcharge for labor and refund if customer complains.nAlso, complete disregard for the health and well being of customers . Owners completely ignore Idaho public health recommendations, no masks, no distancing, shaking hands, rude and thoughtless.

Always know what I need and they order it in super fast! Lost my Lug nuts (they walked off) and I got them the following day!
