Kacy and Ashley were great. I reserved my unit the night before online and received a call first thing in the morning and I was moving my stuff in within an hour. Always so helpful whether on the phone or by email. Answered all my questions, which I had alot of because this was the first time I ever needed to rent a storage unit. If I ever need one again I would go back to Columbia Self Storage. Thank you for all your help!

This is the cleanest storage units I have ever seen. The staff Ashleigh and Kacy have been super friendly and extremely professional. I didn’t lock my unit properly one one occasion and my phone was ringing an hour after I left. I couldn’t make it back that day so they handled the situation for me.nnGreat experience with this location!nnJohn ud83dude0a
