Things that attracted my family and I to Marcel Lakes was the pool and the since of security, but in 2019 things changed. A security patrol car no longer exists which is a huge concern. The mere presence of a patrol car eliminates speeding and burglaries. Due to lack of planning and coordination by the board, the pool was closed the entire summer of 2019. Each time I inquired, I was told something different.nnThe incompetent board members should be removed from their positions. Needless to say, the fees remain the same even without the pool and security. There are several communities in the area that have board members that care about their residents and are on top of things.
Pools always nice to Hangout and swim in the summer. We have basketball and alot of people play on the weekends. Playground is old but it's nice for the kids.
