One slide on our 5th wheel and the leveling system malfunctioned. Ron Rose went above and beyond to get us working and back on the road. He worked with our rv manufacturer and the slide/leveling system manufacturer to ensure it stayed under warranty and it got fixed. He worked after hours, on the weekend and in the rain. He is very knowledgable, very helpful and very caring. I would drive 100 miles out of my way to have him be the one working on my rv. I would recommend him to anyone who needs it done and done right!
