Fantastic experience!! The staff was wonderful! The entire process of purchasing our new truck was super easy and extremely quick! We literally got in and out in a short amount of time. Kellen went above and beyond for me in my trade in experience. I was backwards in my truck, but he gave me a deal no one would pass up without any hassle to me. Let me take the car to be sure I was going to be comfortable. Gave me a walk through to utilize all the upgrades and features and is still checking back to ensure I’m happy and settled. Kimberly location went beyond expectations and are honest and true to their word. We’re lucky to have such a great dealership in the Magic Valley. I am already referring friends in the same position. I have bought old cars, brand new cars, and a few in between. Ruby Mountain Motors and especially Kellen were by far the most pleasant, quick, and easy to work with. They even personally delivered my vehicle a hundred miles away, with two trade ins. The paperwork was quick and easy as well. My kiddos did not even have time to get bored ud83dude4cud83cudffb. I decided I wanted to trade pickups. I called Kellen at Ruby Mountain, they had 4 on the lot of what I was wanting. I went down there, test drove a couple, selected one, they gave me a price on it and a price for my trade in, it was very much in the ball park of what I had in mind. They were super straight forward, no jacking me around playing the car salesman game. They arranged financing and we did the deal, quick and easy. They arranged a couple of aftermarket ads ons for me, made the appointments and will provide me a loaner for the days it’s in the shop. I drove away, happy with the deal and with my truck!!
