Great place to work with. Geoff Hernandez is a straight-shooter excellent and helpful salesperson. I will certainly return to Geoff and to this dealership come buying time next time

Middlekauff Honda is absolutely fantastic and the best place to take your car for service!!! I dealt with Dave, Jorge, Tabby and Nichole in the office. You couldn't work with a better team!❤ufe0f. Dave was great, patient and just wonderful. Jorge has the patience of a Saint and makes sure all my questions are answered ASAP. Tabby and Nichole were really wonderful to work with. Always made the time to take care of questions and get the answers promptly. I always have a crazy sense of humor and they were so patient and fun to work with. The techs, Tracy, Chris, Rodger, Thomas and Buddy were all amazing to work with, too. I have had a brain tumor, so at times it takes me awhile to get my questions verbal. They were all so patient and kind, never impatient. They got the work done as quickly as possible and each did a fantastic job. Great office team and mechanical team. I only put one star because there's no option for less, I went in to look at cars and they swarmed me asking if I was going to trade in my truck. I said maybe and then they brought me inside and had me fill out a bunch of forms just so they could tell me what they would give me for it. They tried to steal my truck for 3500 which is way below what it's actually worth. Then they were upset with me when I turned down their offer. I would never do business with them.

We originally scheduled my oil change and vehicle detail through Service Writer: Chad Curtis who made this process easy. Service Writer: Jorge Vela actually took the lead and ensured everything was completed in a timely fashion. Jorge also called me when my vehicle was ready for pick up and was able to answer all my questions. I would also like to acknowledge, Thomas Cooper who did my oil change and Ruben Rodriguez who did the detail work. My car looked absolutely A-mazing and everyone at my work agreed! I drove to Middlekauff Honda in Twin Falls, Idaho from Colorado to buy a preowned Honda. Over the previous week, I was able to work through the numbers and come to an ‘out the door’ price without any game-playing, and without being transferred from one salesman to the next. It was the best experience I have ever had while buying a car. I worked with Jeff Hernandez, who was extremely respectful, attentive, responsive, and professional. He was ready to work with me when I drove into the dealership, with my new car sparkling clean, and the paperwork ready to go. After some terrible experiences while shopping over the past 2 months, I was in shock at how amazingly positive this situation was. I felt like I was working with a kind and thoughtful family member. If you are looking for a new or pre-owned car, I would highly recommend Middlekauff Honda. It was worth driving 11 hours to work with them!! Jeff is terrific at what he does…he deserves a raise! Thank you for providing such a positive experience.
