They moved my entire unit without notice, all my stuff got damaged and the door wouldn't even open. When I complained about it they evicted me. Everyone I dealt with was trashy and petty. They also can steal your stuff and claim no responsibility.
Not a good place to hide. Basements are better!
They are the cheapest place around, but they RIP you off in a heartbeat
Customer service is the worst. They must be making a lot of money to treat customers so poorly. They're really nice up front but things change quickly after you've got your stuff in there. Be warned.
