I love this place so so much. The people here are super nice and not in your face like other places in town. Whenever I want to try new things, the staff is always so helpful.
The baristas were not planted at their spot, 7 of them were everywhere, all over each other and scattered, getting orders wrong and having to remake drinks ..I never got my drink and there was egg on my sausage sandwich when I asked for no egg.nAt the end of my time I went to receive my money back and Caitlin personally remade my sandwich and finally made me my drink. We stood here in the Starbucks for 30 minutes, my husband and I. Everyone else ignore us even the girl at the register today but Caitlin saved the day, she has great customer service, I will give her 5 stars
I love Starbucks. But still very much over priced. I recommend Java on Blue Lakes. It has excellent customer service, quality food and coffee and baked goods, they serve handmade whipped cream, and have a very unique atmosphere.
I prefer Starbucks, especially when traveling, because I know what I’m getting and I know what it will taste like.nnNot the case with this Starbucks. One of our breakfast wraps was still cold in the middle, the hot coffee tasted burnt/old, and our iced coffee wasn’t stirred and had all of the white mocha pooled at the bottom. Disappointing.
They are always good unless they aren't open and then it ruins my morning ud83dude02 but they've not done me wrong yet.
