Slow. Unreliable. Orders consistently not delivered at all.

First off, I'm still owed a refund from an order I placed more than 3 months ago, and their service hasn't gotten any better since then. Their automated tracking service showed their driver going passed my home and showing up more than 45 minutes later than he was scheduled to. It amazes me that a delivery from literally 4 blocks away takes more than 45 minutes to arrive. If there was a closer Domino's in the area I definitely wouldn't order from this one again. I would give this location 0 stars if I could.

Ordered food at 9:15pm. It’s now 11:40pm. Still no food. No one is answering the phone. No updates as to when my food is coming. The website makes it incredibly hard to cancel orders and receive a refund (still haven’t managed to do that). I’m reading through the reviews and it seems this is a consistent issue. Why this location is still operating is beyond me. Fire everyone and close the location. If I could give 0 stars I would.

DON'T NOT ORDER FROM HERE EVER. As you can see by the other reviewers this place is extremely GHETTO. I try not to put that label on people and ignore the reviews. (Just to give my people some love) They took my money and never showed up and had a ghetto, no money in the bank attitude like I did something wrong. They don't know who the drivers are or how to contact them so for all we know some random guy took my order. I'm getting my refund but feel like they owe me some free food or something. Read all the reviews yall its ghetto

Ordered from here last night for delivery and took over two hours to find out they weren’t delivering the food. I tried calling multiple times and they didn’t answer. I decided to show up to the store myself to find out what was happening and I quickly realized why. The whole store is completely a mess and the employees are overwhelmed. They are short staffed especially with drivers and they shouldn’t even be accepting delivery orders just pick up until they get it together. People would much rather understand with the pandemic if they did pick up only than to wait for their food to not be delivered! I will add that the manager did comp a pizza for me so I did leave the store with food. Corporate seems to be the main issue in this case. Why else would the website allow people to make online orders with sparse or no drivers!!
