Workers are excellent. The one girl doing order taking, in drive wears Ariana Grande perfume smells so good! Love stopping here to smell her! And get my mocha ice blend.
Always have a good experience at Dutch bros. They have only ever messed up my order once and they were packed so I don't blame them. But one out of probably a hundred times I've been there is beyond good. Also the people are always so nice!
Me and my friend came to Dutch Bros on blue Lakes To get a drink on my way out of town. Usually their lines are quick and once they take an order they go onto the next person in line. Tonight however one gal was talking to a car ahead of us for 12 minutes and wouldn’t take anyone else’s order. Within that 12 minutes eight cars pulled up behind us waiting to get their order taken as well. Once we were second in line to the window the girl in the window started talking to the car in front of us again. After giving them their drinks she proceeded to speak with them for another 15 minutes. Holding up the line. We asked one of the guys who brought us our drinks to ask her to keep the line moving so we could leave the drive-through. As we were blocked in and couldn’t get out. We asked politely and she gave us a dirty look as well as the gentleman working there. Definitely need to learn respect and customer courtesy.
Order takers should be fired if they stand at a car longer than five minutes, chit chatting with their friends. Or hanging out the drive up window ignoring the drinks piling up behind them on the metal cart. It has happened to me two times last month n one time this month.nnIf they can not focus on getting the line moving faster, I will go back to Starbucks!!
Enjoyed trying so many delicious offerings. Staff is friendly and courteous. Every visit is wonderful.
