Food is terrible. My cheesesteak was cold and didn’t put everything I wanted on my cheesesteak it was just steak and ketchup.

I called at 6pm to make sure I would have my order before 7pm. My building doesn't take orders between 7 and 8. They said they knew that, no problem. At 7 I called and they said my order was being held until 8. The order came luke warm. I also specified I wanted a calzone, with ricotta cheese, I got a basic stromboli. Why would I ever order again? No apologies, discount, nothing.

This place is depressing. I live down the street from this pizzeria and they always mess up my order or I have to call in and ask why hasn’t my order arrived . I ordered a sea food platter and they took over 6 hours to make, I called them by the third hour asking where was my order , they said the delivery guy was already on his way, after that 3 hours passed a total of 6 hours and I never received the platter , called and spoked to the owner and he said they never received my order that they were going to do it. I’ve honestly waited 4 hours for a single cheesesteak to be delivered (which they never delivered, and I paid for the delivery) I had to go to the restaurant and they had no idea what order I was talking about and they literally made it cause I walked in, if not I wouldn’t never received my food. In conclusion, if you want to starve waiting for your food, this is the place for you. The staff is very irresponsible, and the lack of communication is obviously an issue. I DEFINITELY DON’T RECOMMEND PIZZA POINT.
