Dollar Self Storage

I love the staff here. There has never been a time that I called and spoke to Santos or Song, they remain very professional and pleasant. They are very helpful, and understanding of your plight. This is a storage company I would recommend because of the staff. The grounds are very clean and tidy. I believe, we are to always give credit where it is due, it is definitely due to the staff at Dollar Self Storage. Thank you so much for the kindness and understanding you have shown me during my troubled times. Remain safe and healthy during this pandemic.

Very friendly and helpful great price

This place is a joke....I have 2 units here and my first unit I got in July and they already raised the rent on me without even telling me. So now I will be removing everything including other unit by next month. Its bad enough that I can't even open my one unit because it's stuck and I've complaining several times but they still haven't fixed it!!! I pay a lot as it is for 2 units and don't feel like they should increase anything since I have 2 of them. I can't even imagine them increasing both of my units but I'm sure they will and they should be ashamed of themselves for being greedy. I will definitely tell everyone I know not to ever go there. The guy that works in there is very rude and not professional at all.

Clean facility, great customer service

I have shopped around and Dollar Self Storage is the BEST price. On the keypad to get in it tells you when your bill is due. Lord knows we dont want to pay that fee. It has saved me from paying late. Lights come on as you enter. There is no bulky disk lock. Just a key that you won't lose when you put it on your keyring. Staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly!
