I would never recommend doing business with this company. I purchased a product from them and, within my 30 day time limit, I called for a "Return Authorization #" and they were willing to give it to me with a 25% restocking fee. I will never do business with a company that has a restocking fee. That's the cost of doing business. The product is in the same condition that I bought it in and I was willing to pay return

I purchased 6 Veito heaters at the national finals rodeo for my barn to keep my horses warm through the Wyoming winters. Unfortunately a few parts were missing out of the box but after I emailed Redfern about the issue, I had the parts at my doorstep within 3 days. These heaters and the company have been amazing!

I give this company zero stars. We purchased a Veito heater that this company supplies back in 2015, and have had numerous issues with the display panel. After several years of back and forth trying to get the issue resolved, we have finally requested that the heater be determined a "lemon" and be replaced with no additional expense to us. While the company originally agreed to exchange the heater and waive the return shipping fee, we additionally requested to have our shipping fee reimbursed, especially since we have had to bear the cost of shipping this heater for the past several years and they only temporarily "fixed" the problems. After making several requests to have the shipping reimbursed, they now have had the audacity to RESCIND the cost to cover the return shipping, which, by the way is about a $30 cost each way!!! We find this company negligent in repairing/replacing/taking care of it's customer's to the best of their ability and therefore I do not recommend purchasing any product from a company that can offer such poor customer service.

Bought 5 veito heaters for our restaurant in Minnesota and have to say they preform amazing. Highly Recommend it
